How It Works
Step 1:

Step 2:
Provide Your Design or Create One with Us
- Option A: Submit Finished Artwork
Accepted file formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG, AI
- Option B: Work with Our Designers
We offer custom design services for an hourly fee. A design deposit may be required.
Step 3:
Confirm Pricing
Pricing per plate is as follows for orders under 50 plates:
There is a $25 Design Set-Up Fee for final artwork submitted to maaterra. Artwork needing assistance from maaterra will be charged an hourly fee starting at $50.
For orders of 50 plates or more, please contact us for bulk pricing at hello@maaterra.com
Step 4:
Submit Your Order Form & Receive A Quote
Submit your order at bit.ly/maaterracustom.
Upon submitting your order form, you will receive a confirmation email.
- If you upload your own design, we’ll send final approval details.
- If you request design help, we’ll collaborate and send a proof.
Once the design is approved, full payment is required to start production.
Step 5:
Production & Delivery
Standard production lead times are 10-15 business days once full payment has been received. Shipping and handling costs are priced based on quantity and destination. Expedited and standard shipping options are available.
